Work day

It was bound to happen, since I'm not actually here to vacation. I'm banking on the dry weather forecast for the weekend and staying in today to get some work done. Further research activities will continue tomorrow with a visit to someone in the mayor's office and should take off from there. I'll get some access to documents and line up some further interviews for next week. But, before that, I'm spending today doing further preparations and also working on some other projects that followed me to South America.

So, working and watching Disney and Nickelodeon in Spanish with the daughter of the hostel owner. It's actually great because the plot and the language is simple and easy to understand, although I can't be certain that the speech of Bob Esponja is a model I should follow.
